InVision AG Reorganizes Its E-Learning Business

As revenues of The Call Center School’s products fell significantly below expectations in the second half of FY2018, the Executive Board of InVision AG (ISIN: DE0005859698) decided to reorganize its e-learning business.

Going forward, InVision will focus with The Call Center School on the web-based sale of contact center agent training in the United States. In addition, The Call Center School’s workforce management training will be integrated into the WFM product offering under the injixo brand. The product team responsible for The Call Center School will be reduced in size and merged in Düsseldorf. In this context, the company’s location in Derry, Northern Ireland, will be closed.

As a result of these measures, the Executive Board expects to break even within the e-learning business in the first half of 2019.
