InVision Reveals New Edition of The Call Center School’s E-Learning Programme at 2013 CCW in Berlin

At 2013 CCW, InVision will debut the entirely reissued English e-learning programme of The Call Center School, an InVision brand. A German version will also be introduced to the market in the course of this year. Visitors to CCW will have the opportunity to take a look at the first German “Frontline Fundamentals” e-learning courses live at the InVision stand in hall 4, stand E4/F3. The Call Center School’s learning offerings are the market-leading training materials in the US, and will now be fully localised to the requirements of the German contact centre market.

At present, the entire e-learning curriculum of The Call Center School comprises more than 75 hours of training that is provided in more than 150 modules assigned to six main topics: 1. Frontline Fundamentals, 2. Call Centre Supervision, 3. Workforce Management, 4. Operations/Business, 5. Quality Assurance and 6. Telephone Sales. Using this comprehensive and currently unrivalled educational portfolio, contact centres can obtain a complete advanced training programme from a single source. The new e-learning edition presents a completely fresh graphic design that is based on sophisticated and clear visual aspects. The cutting-edge training has been fully revised both in content and technology. Additionally, the modules now offer interactive control and learning elements that increase motivation and make learning fun.

For example, there are a number of training modules that contain quizzes in order to help users to better retain what they have learned. In this way, users are actively involved in the transfer of knowledge, which results in better learning outcomes. Furthermore, easy-to-use control buttons allow users to follow their own individual learning pace. At any time, the training can be stopped and continued from exactly the same point at a later stage. Both a table of contents, which can be optionally shown or hidden with a full text search tool, and a scroll bar make it easy to navigate through a training module. Moreover closed captions, that can be displayed or hidden, and a mute function support individual learning habits as well as agents’ workplace environments.
