InVision at CallCenterWorld 2012: WFM in the ‘LiveCallCenter’, from the Cloud and in the Class Room

This year‘s CallCenterWorld, Europe’s leading event for the call centre industry, will take place from 28th February to 1st March 2012 at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin.
